Peach = Patience. Strawberry = Love. Banana = Gentleness. The Ever-Ready Club. Probably from the 80s? It looks like the beanie's felt patches were dittoed sort of, and everything sewn together meticulously by hand.

Sam made this. Letter design is channeling for me a serious 80s vibe. There once existed a mohair ESPRIT sweater that I "halved" with my sister, with this same palette exactly!

Which led me to lay eyes on this, and this. I had forgotten what a powerful coveting this catalog inspired in me at the time, and the hours spent fashion-imprinting on these images. The colors, the sunny, slightly off-beat mood. I was glad to be reminded of it again.
